Pickup delayed one day for the rest of the week
Thanksgiving, Nov. 26, is on the city's list. Thursday pickup moves to Friday and later days that week are one day later, so Friday moves to Saturday. The page states the rule and the dates, not a day-by-day table.
If your regular day falls on a listed holiday, pickup is the next day and the rest of that week's collections are delayed one day. The 2026-27 list includes Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
The holiday page's schedule details are for trash. A past city notice delayed trash, yard waste and recycling together.
Phone: 311 or 513-765-1212. Find your own collection day: city lookup.
