One-day delay all week
Thanksgiving, Nov. 26, is listed on the city's page as a one-day delay all week.
The page does not state a general rule. It lists each holiday with either a one-day delay for the week or no delay. Presidents Day, Good Friday, Juneteenth and July 4 are listed with no delay.
The page lists the delay by holiday and does not break out trash, recycling and yard waste. A full 2026 schedule PDF is linked from the page. The page has no address lookup.
Phone: (216) 664-3711 (Waste Collection and Disposal); 216-664-2000 (missed pickups).
