Thursday and Friday pickups slide one day
Applying the city's rule to Thursday, Nov. 26: Thursday collection slides to Friday and Friday collection slides to Saturday. The following week is normal.
Frisco has no service on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If a holiday falls on your service day or earlier that week, collection slides one day later, and the following week is normal. The city's 2026 calendar PDF could not be read.
The page covers trash and recycling. It does not say how holidays affect brush and bulk.
