No collection Dec. 24 or 25; makeup Wednesday
No collection Thursday, Dec. 24 or Friday, Dec. 25. The makeup day for both is Wednesday, Dec. 23.
Lexington moves collection to a makeup day before the holiday, usually the Wednesday before. The city's page says the makeup day precedes the holiday.
The page does not say which services each date covers. Residents with city collection get trash, recycling and yard waste service.
Phone: 311 or 859-425-2255. Find your own collection day: city lookup.
