No collection Dec. 25; Friday rolls to Saturday
The city's Holiday Schedule 2026 lists Christmas, Dec. 25. It falls on a Friday in 2026, so Friday collection rolls to Saturday under the city's rule.
Trash and recycling are not collected on the listed holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekday, that collection day and the days after it roll over to the next day. Days before the holiday are not affected.
The page covers trash and recycling. It also covers weekly yard waste and bulky item collection. The hauler is Frontier Waste Solutions (469-444-1555).
Phone: 972-547-7385. Find your own collection day: city lookup.
