How Norfolk handles holidays

Norfolk publishes a holiday chart rather than a general rule. The PDF file name says 2024 but its title reads 2026 Holiday Collection Schedule.

The schedule covers curbside collection and bulk. Bulk call-in dates are on the city's schedule and are not repeated here.

Phone: Norfolk Cares (757) 664-6510, weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Find your own collection day: city lookup.
