No change: collected on the regular day
Applying the guide's rule to Friday, Dec. 25: regular collection occurs on holidays. The guide lists no 2026 dates, so confirm with 311 or the collection calendar if timing matters.
The city's 2026-2027 service guide says: "Regular collection occurs on holidays." Containers should be out by 6 a.m. on the collection day.
The guide's statement is general and does not break out garbage, recycling and yard waste. The guide lists no Thanksgiving or Christmas 2026 dates, and the city's holiday schedule page covers city offices and could not be read for collection.
Phone: 311 (call center 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Find your own collection day: city lookup.
